Carpets can be a tremendous source of allergens in a home. They
hold pet dander, mold spores and pollen, which can result in sneezing,
coughing, itchy eyes, doctors visits and the need for medication.

Systems of Nevada Hosts Free KlaasKids Print-a-thon

Since 2004, Systems of Nevada has hosted and sponsoed
a free KlaasKids Print-a-thon, with Marc Klaas, founder of the
KlaasKids Foundation. Using state-of-art technology from the KlaasKids
Foundation, more than 1,000 children in our community have been
fingerprinted and photographed through our free event. We distribute
a special document to parents with their child's photo and fingerprints
as well as a DNA collection kit from the KlaasKids Foundation
and safety information from Systems of Nevada and Sparks Police
Officer Mark Finch.
This community service is sponsored by Systems of Nevada and supported
by numerous local businesses. We look forward to our next Print-a-thon.

Sparks - Systems
of Nevada, a low-voltage contractor specializing in custom interior
systems for homes, was recognized earlier this month with the
First Alert Professional Community Service Award and the Life
Safety Award. Joe Bemus, Systems of Nevada's owner and president,
accepted the national awards at First Alert Professional's annual
dealer conference in Scottsdale, Arizona on Saturday, November
10, 2007.
The community
service award was presented to Bemus by First Alert president
Joe Sausa for System of Nevada's commitment to child safety in
conjunction with national child safety advocate, Marc Klaas, and
the KlaasKids Foundation. Since 2004, Systems of Nevada has hosted
an annual KlaasKids Print-a-thon for children who are fingerprinted,
photographed and supplied with important information about how
to stay safe every day. To date close to 1,000 local children
have been fingerprinted thanks to Systems of Nevada's work.
The life safety
award was presented to Systems of Nevada for their efforts to
educate families about child and fire safety. System of Nevada
has will host its annual free KlaasKids Print-a-thon and child
safety day next spring.
In business
since 1989 in Sparks, Systems of Nevada has been providing custom

owner, Joe Bemus during Beam's U.S. Dealer Conference in Orlando,
Fla., Dec. 2.
